The island of Proizd is a
virgin island, favourite swimming spot and excursion destination for all
guests of Vela Luka. It is surrounded by crystal clear sea and beautiful
pebbled beaches in rocky bays.

There is a harbour for excursion boats that will take swimmers and daytrippers daily from Vela Luka and the Adria Hotel, leaving at regular intervals between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m..
