About house and environment
The nature is untouched and a natural path leads to the house. The house has 3 apartments and it is isolated from the neighbors and very suitable for a quiet vacation. The parking place is on the road 80 m above the house.
There are deckchairs and an umbrella on the stone plateau, the use of which is included in the price is your place for sunbathing and swimming
In the second bay of "Plitvine", closer to Vela Luka by about 1 km, there is the Hotel Adria with a swimming pool and all the necessary facilities, where there are also tennis courts and organized physical therapy. There is also a boat taxi connection to the islands of Osjak and Proizd or to Vela Luka. Both islands have nudist beaches.
A path along the sea leads to Hotel Adria and further to Vela Luka, suitable for walking, jogging or cycling.
If you continue walking along the sea, you will reach the "Poseidon" hotel, where there is a public beach and a club for organized diving, which is very attractive and appreciated in the world. Further towards Vela Luka, you will reach the rehabilitation health center "Kalos" and medicinal mud that treats rheumatism and post-traumatic diseases. Walking further along the coast you come across a number of cafes and restaurants, and in the center the post office and the old elementary school from the Austro-Hungarian times in 1911. In the very center there is a fish market, a park and furthermore the tourist bureau, the local church and the ethnographic museum and library. If you continue walking to the ferry dock along the beautifully landscaped coast. Above the ferry pier is the hill Hum (376m above sea level) where there is an old Austro-Hungarian naval observation post with a view of Vela Luka and the entire bay, the islands of Hvar Vis and Lastovo.
